HER STORIES

A place for your stories, your memories, your experiences.

It's not an easy thing to do, but there can be a usefulness in sharing your experiences as a woman, good or bad. There can be a usefulness in women being able to hear each others stories.

Maybe you have advice or life lessons to pass on, or memories of your mom or grandma. Perhaps you have stories that can make other women laugh or relate. Maybe you have experienced medical issues, miscarriage, marital issues, assault, rape, stigma, discrimination, or any number of  realities. There can be moments to share good or bad. Her Stories is simply a place for women to share their stories.

There are no rules besides not naming other people. It's best as anonymous, as stories rather than many real-life details, and as centered around YOU as much as possible. You can include your own name if you like, that's up to you. You can also submit visual art to be displayed with your story as long as its yours. If your story is traumatic or includes a lot of harsh language, that's ok. There may be a section made to give a warning.

No word limit, but try to keep it as a short story. You can submit more than one story. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Submit your story by emailing sheviewsherstories@gmail.com
