Welcome To SEPS Women's Self Defense
This free online course teaches how to predict, identify, prevent and avoid violence.
SEPS (Situation Effective Protection System) is a program that aims to introduce women to an array of subjects that concern their personal safety, from sexual assaults to potentially abusive partners (both emotionally and physically).
There are in-person options depending where you live, as well as courses and resources that come with a cost. Are you looking for a meaningful volunteer role? Help add to the resources, make a map of global options, and perhaps a system where people can fund self defense courses in areas where the internet is the main option.
